Yes. Meridius connects to Apple Health so habits your Apple Watch already tracks - like exercise, mindfulness, or sleep - can complete automatically. HealthKit data is processed entirely on your device and never sent to our servers.

Yes. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app settings. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Meridius is available for iPhone running iOS 17 or later. It also includes Apple Watch support and home screen widgets.
